Rubberplast S.r.l., founded in 1987, specializes in thermoplastics and composite materials, such as PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, PMMA, and fiberglass. With certified welders, the company offers maintenance and industrial plant services, including piping and equipment construction, and turnkey plants. Since 2000, it has been a member of the Magona Technological Pole Consortium in Cecina, collaborating with the University of Pisa in research and training. Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, Rubberplast has adopted an Internal Quality System and UNI EN ISO 9001 standards since 2004, as well as ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards for health, safety, environment and social responsibility.

Key Projects and Specialized Work

Rubberplast S.r.l. has carried out numerous works, including:

Supply, construction, and assembly of piping and equipment for clients such as ALTAIR CHEMICAL, INOVYN PRODUCTION ITALY, NUOVA SOLMINE AND SOLBAT, and SOLVAY CHEMICAL, with emphasis on routine and extraordinary maintenance and new construction.
Specific work in plastic materials for INOVYN PRODUCTION ITALY and various supplies for HUNTSMAN.
Maintenance of overhead cranes and lifting organs for SOLVAY CHEMICALS and INEOS ITALY PRODUCTION.

In the Plastics-Glass Division, Rubberplast has:

Built turnkey acid storage and treatment, ferric chloride production and vapor abatement plants for ACCIAIERIA ISP DI CREMONA, SAFIMET DI AREZZO, RHODIA DI LIVORNO, ALTAIR CHIMICA and TOSCOCHIMICA DI PRATO.
Constructed pipelines for various projects, including urbanization of PORTA A TERRA DI LIVORNO, PORTO TURISTICO DI ROSIGNANO SOLVAY and SCARLINO, and effluent treatment for TIOXIDE DI SCARLINO and SOLVAY CHIMICA.
Carried out revamping of piping for TIRRENO POWER OF SAVONA and installation of equipment for the NEW SAFIMET ESTABLISHMENT OF AREZZO, as well as various upgrading projects and new plants for ALTAIR CHEMICA.
